Claire Odenweller is a lead Project Manager. With 15 years of experience in environmental permitting and ecological assessments. Ms Odenweller has considerable expertise in all phases of wetland regulatory operations including wetland delineation, habitat assessments, regulatory compliance, and mitigation banking. She is experienced in wetland restoration techniques and has managed multiple wetland mitigation projects regulated under the Clean Water Act ranging from small on-site restorations relating to individual permits to large-scale commercial wetland mitigation bank establishment. This experience combined with her keen organization skills gives her the ability to actively manage large-scale wetland mitigation projects that require 5-10 year projections and continuous adaptations based on actual field conditions. Ms. Odenweller coordinates directly with all project members to facilitate an efficient implementation plan for identifying suitable mitigation land, securing initial regulatory approvals, and preparing mitigation banking instruments. When necessary, Ms. Odenweller can step-in to facilitate or problem solve in the field or in the office.
