Senior Technical and Regulatory Analyst
Gregg has 15 years' experience as a wetland consultant, specializing in the establishment of mitigation banks, securing Section 404/Coastal-Use Permits, and advising clients on the highest and best use of their land. He is currently the Senior Technical and Regulatory Analyst for Natural Resource Professionals, LLC, and has worked throughout southern Louisiana on mitigation banks such as Jesuit Bend, Avoca Island, and Spanish Lake Restoration. Gregg has successfully established the Prescott Creeks In-Lieu Fee Mitigation Program while living in northern Arizona from 2011-2013. He also served as the regulatory project manager for the L'Auberge Casino/Hotel in Baton Rouge, approved in 2010. His primary areas of expertise are in the interpretation of environmental regulations, mitigation bank evaluations, technical writing, and cost/benefit analyses.
