NRP is a specialized wetland consulting group providing regulatory expertise to municipalities, industrial interests and developers within south Louisiana. Our regulatory expertise includes conducting all surveys and site studies required to identify jurisdictional wetlands and secure Clean Water Act, Section 404/10 permits and Coastal Use Permits. We have assisted landowners and corporate entities in establishing  and restoring over 20 wetland mitigation banks within the US Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District (USACE).
